You may use Iris only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your account, connected services, and the accuracy of information you provide.

Iris may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves, especially during early-release periods.

Iris provides informational health, wellness, and productivity guidance based on data you choose to provide or connect. Iris is not a medical device, healthcare provider, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice.

Do not rely on Iris for diagnosis, treatment, emergencies, or decisions that require a licensed clinician. If you have a medical concern, contact a qualified professional. In an emergency, call local emergency services.

You may connect third-party services such as Google Calendar, Garmin, Oura, WHOOP, Strava, payment providers, or messaging channels. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

You can revoke access through Iris where supported or directly through the third-party provider.

You may not misuse Iris, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, upload unlawful content, or use Iris to violate others’ rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk, violates these terms, or harms the product or other users.

Paid features, if offered, are billed through our payment provider. Prices, renewal periods, cancellation rules, and refund terms are shown at checkout or in product settings.

Taxes and third-party fees may apply. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.

Iris is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or that insights will fit every situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iris and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities.
